Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected name in the UK’s premium Indian food scene, is seeking a passionate and experienced Curry Chef to join their production kitchen in Birmingham. This role is ideal for chefs who are deeply rooted in authentic Indian cooking and are looking for a stable, rewarding position with excellent work-life balance.

This opportunity is part of a unique and successful nationwide delivery concept, developed by a two-Michelin-starred chef, offering high-quality Indian cuisine to homes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce traditional Indian curries and dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Support the development of new dishes and contribute to maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality and flavour.

• Proven experience with regional Indian cooking and traditional curry preparation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A disciplined and consistent approach to cooking and kitchen operations.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for authentic Indian cuisine.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
