The Opportunity

Our client is a market-leading and rapidly growing contract catering specialist within the education sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Delivery: Champion and execute the company’s Added Value initiatives across the region, fostering strong, transparent, and long-term relationships with schools and stakeholders.

  • Activity & Event Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of all engagement activities. Design, organise, and implement a year-round calendar of innovative school events that align marketing initiatives with local client needs.

  • Operational Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with regional operations teams to help them fulfil contract commitments and increase daily meal uptake among students.

  • Continuous Improvement: Track the outcomes of your engagement activities, gather feedback, and continually refine and improve your programmes.

  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) awareness across all on-site activities.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: A proven track record of delivering successful customer engagement, marketing, or value-added initiatives—ideally within an education, hospitality, or community-led environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and PR skills, with the confidence to interact with people at all levels—from young students and parents to senior school clients.

  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised and proactive, with a flexible approach and the ability to manage workloads across a large geographical patch.

  • Qualifications: GCSE-level education (or equivalent) alongside a Level 3 in Customer Service (or equivalent experience). Food Hygiene certification and QHSE training are essential.

What’s On Offer

  • Financials: Highly competitive basic salary with a secure company pension.

  • Health & Security: Comprehensive Private Healthcare and Life Insurance cover.

  • Time Off: 25 days annual leave plus an additional day of paid leave for your birthday off!

  • Career Trajectory: Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent businesses with "no ceiling" on where you can take your career, backed by brilliant learning and development programmes.

Note: Because this role involves direct, regular contact with schools and young people, an enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
