Salary: £27,000 + Generous Monthly Service Charge

 Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Offer a warm, professional welcome and ensure a seamless, relaxing journey from arrival to departure.
• Treatment Support: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all products and equipment are fully stocked.
• Guest Comfort: Serve herbal teas, refreshments, and light snacks, ensuring guests feel pampered and cared for.
• Spa Ambience: Maintain pristine presentation across all spa areas, including relaxation lounges and changing rooms.
• Retail Engagement: Support the sale of premium spa products like Bertioli by Thyme and Aurelia London with friendly, informed advice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, receptionists, and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Flexibility: Adapt to various roles and shifts, including weekends and occasional evenings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Passion for wellness and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Basic hygiene and safety awareness (full training provided)
