Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to be representing a prestigious and luxurious countryside venue as they search for an experienced and guest-focused Spa & Leisure Manager to oversee their established Spa & Leisure facilities.

This is a key role focused on driving service excellence, team leadership, and revenue growth across spa treatments, leisure memberships, and retail. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the spa delivers a serene, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Spa & Leisure facilities to exceptional standards

• Oversee Spa retail, treatment rooms, pools, and wellness services

• Lead and motivate the Spa team, delivering ongoing training and development

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally

• Maintain and update Spa operating procedures (SOPs)

• Promote and manage Leisure Club memberships with a focus on year-on-year revenue growth

• Deliver a full range of beauty treatments to a 4-star standard

• Ensure VIP and special requests are anticipated and delivered seamlessly

• Maximise spa productivity, treatment room utilisation, and service efficiency

About You:

• Previous experience managing spa and wellness operations within a luxury environment

• Strong background in team leadership, guest service, and operational excellence

• Confident in delivering or overseeing a wide range of spa treatments

• Proven ability to handle customer feedback and turn issues into positive outcomes

• Revenue-focused with a track record of growing memberships and retail sales

• Organised, professional, and calm under pressure
