Salary: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: Full-time – 42.5 hours per week

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a warm, professional, and proactive Spa Host to join a dedicated team. This dynamic role supports the smooth running of both a spa reception and a beautiful poolside bar. Blending front-of-house responsibilities with food and beverage service, this is a varied and guest-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Manage spa bookings and guest enquiries using computer-based systems
• Serve drinks and light refreshments at the poolside bar
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa and bar areas
• Ensure guests feel relaxed, cared for, and well-informed throughout their visit
• Support the wider spa and wellness team with day-to-day operations

Skills and Attributes:

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
• Organised and confident using booking systems and handling enquiries
• Comfortable with food and beverage service in a relaxed setting
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
