The menu features hearty pub classics and indulgent dishes, all prepared from scratch using the finest locally sourced ingredients. As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dishes and supporting the kitchen team in maintaining the highest standards.
The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with senior chefs to create outstanding food and help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include:
Food Preparation & Service – Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Quality & Consistency – Maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Menu Development – Contributing fresh ideas and helping to incorporate seasonal ingredients and new culinary trends.
Teamwork – Supporting the kitchen brigade to foster a positive and productive working environment.
Health & Safety – Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations.
Event Catering – Assisting with weddings and special events to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
