Salary - £34,000 to £38,000 
Hours: 45hrs 

Our client, a well-regarded and welcoming pub located near Ellesmere in Shropshire, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading their friendly kitchen team. The location is easily accessible, around 30 minutes from Wrexham, Shrewsbury, and Oswestry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with experience in preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a strong team player, and bring a positive attitude and sense of humour to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a busy environment
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
