Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a beautifully renovated, community-focused pub located on the edge o the Cotswolds. This establishment is known for its warm hospitality, dedicated team, and a menu crafted with passion and precision.
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Assist in menu development and food preparation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Manage stock levels and ordering processes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Leadership qualities and a team-focused mindset
- Creativity and input in menu development
Salary & Benefits
