Salary: £39,750 per annum + paid overtime
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Operations: Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
• Menu Execution: Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and creativity.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and cleanliness across all kitchen areas.
• Cover Duties: Step in for the Head Chef when required, maintaining continuity in kitchen leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate chef with a strong commitment to culinary excellence.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team under pressure.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
