Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Team Support: Work closely with the senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.

• Stock Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, checking quality of ingredients, and helping with the ordering process.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Learning & Development: Continuously develop culinary skills under the supervision of senior chefs, learning new techniques and methods.

• Menu Assistance: Support in the preparation of menu items and assist with mise en place.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen role (ideally as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar) is preferred.

• A strong passion for food and cooking, with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
