The Role:

As Sous Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards and a smooth service. You will have the creative freedom to develop menus while being a senior member leading a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced yet welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Develop and prepare seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
• Lead and mentor a small kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional environment
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with management to enhance the restaurant’s reputation

About You:

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food kitchen
• Passion for locally sourced, high-quality ingredients
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a family-run, customer-focused environment
