Job Title: Restaurant Deputy Manager
Location: Bristol Cribbs Causeway
Contract: Full Time
Salary: £32,400 P/A
Contracted Hours: 45 Hours Per Week - Daytime Hours

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Deputy Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. This role involves managing shifts, inspiring the team, and enhancing both guest satisfaction and profitability. The successful candidate will be hands-on, committed to high food quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Efficiently run shifts, ensuring vibrant energy and top-notch food quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff, maintaining high standards in service and teamwork.
• Operational Support: Contribute to recruitment, training, scheduling, stock control, marketing, and maintenance.
• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional guest experiences and promptly address feedback.
• Profitability: Manage costs, control inventory, and drive profitability through effective operations.
• Health and Safety: Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, safe environment.
