The Opportunity: Regional Operations Director
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Director to lead their regional teams. This key leadership role will be responsible for championing operational excellence and driving profitable, sustainable growth across all their sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and empower regional teams to achieve all performance targets, including overseeing operations to ensure contractual services are delivered efficiently, to the highest standard. You will also mobilise new business initiatives and lead key company projects.
- Financial & Commercial Oversight: Collaborate with senior leadership to set and manage regional financial targets. You'll analyse performance against budgets, implementing solutions to address any shortfalls, while supporting sales and client retention to ensure business growth
- People & Culture: Promote and champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability. This involves mentoring and developing your direct reports, managing performance, and ensuring a proactive commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards across the business.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about food, people and business growth
- Multi-site Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the contract catering industry, with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong experience managing financial targets and budgets, supported by excellent data analysis and IT skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Key Attributes: You must be organised, adaptable, and professional, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Qualifications: A full, clean driving license is required
