We are now looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Worcester-based office.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process that includes sourcing and engaging candidates, account management, business development and building great relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

● Execute full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to meet client requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their organisational culture and strategic goals.

● Utilise various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals to identify top talent.

Requirements:

● Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

● Strong computer skills.

Basic salary: 30,000-32,000 DOE

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
