We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within Finance or HR. You’ll already understand what great recruitment looks like - building relationships, not databases, and be ready to bring your expertise and ideas into a supportive, values-driven team.
What you’ll be doing
· Manage the full 360 recruitment process within Finance or HR, from business development and relationship building to candidate placement and aftercare.
· Develop long-term partnerships with clients, taking time to understand their culture, ambitions, and the people who make their business thrive.
· Deliver every search with integrity, quality, and accountability, representing Pineapple’s reputation for recruitment done properly.
· Provide honest, proactive support to candidates, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident at every stage.
· Grow your network through warm introductions, referrals, existing client relationships, helping expand Pineapple | Finance & HR’s presence across our valued clients and beyond.
· Contribute ideas, energy, and experience to help shape and grow the Finance & HR division as part of our exciting next chapter.
