The Role:
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Administrative duties
- Telephone duties and email enquiries
- Taking bedroom and restaurant reservations
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Dealing with general enquiries from guests and members
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- Preparing function menus, place cards and table plans
- Ensuring public areas are clean and presentable at all times
