Job Title: Part-Time Chef de Partie
Location: Luxury Hotel & Golf Club, near Plymouth
Salary: £13–£14 per hour
Hours: Part-time | 20–30 hours per week | working Thu/Fri/Sat or Sun

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a high-quality kitchen and is looking for flexible hours in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef’s direction
• Support the smooth running of your section during service
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Assist with stock control and kitchen cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality kitchen
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
