Job Title: Pizza Chef
Establishment: Bustling Cotswold Pub
Location: Cotswolds
Salary: £32,500 – £40,000 per annum + Tips
Hours: Full-time, live-out position – own transport required

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join an exciting new venture in the heart of the Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment that includes a lively pub, food trucks, and a retail shop. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Supervise and support kitchen staff, assisting with training where needed
• Ensure efficient food production and smooth kitchen operations
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service
• Contribute to menu development with a focus on seasonal and local produce
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with a focus on pizza
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for provenance and quality ingredients
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy kitchen environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Positive, energetic, and unflappable under pressure
• A genuine enthusiasm for being part of a new and dynamic team
