Pineapple Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious country house hotel based in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Set in 66 acres of glorious parkland, this four-star hotel is home to a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, luxury leisure facilities, and exceptional hospitality.
They are now seeking a Pastry Chef to join their dedicated and passionate kitchen brigade.
As Pastry Chef, you’ll be working alongside a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, including in the award-winning restaurant, for afternoon teas, events, and room service. You’ll be supporting the management team, leading your section, and assisting the Head Chef in ensuring high standards are maintained across all kitchen operations.
Ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of high-quality food and service
Supervise and motivate the pastry team to perform at their best
Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
Support with planning and scheduling in line with business needs
Contribute ideas to menu development and maintain high culinary standards
Work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
A genuine passion for pastry and fine dining
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach
Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Live-in accommodation is available in the on-site management house
