What our client is Looking For:
We’re searching for a pastry chef with a strong, established skillset who can hit the ground running in a high-performance kitchen. You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals in a well-equipped, modern environment that values creativity, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working at Michelin star level or equivalent.
• Strong pastry skills, including chocolate work, sugar, bread, and modern techniques.
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to adapt quickly, take responsibility, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Full right to work in the UK.
