Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Regional Field-Based (Covering schools in Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, London, and Oxfordshire)
Contract: Permanent, 52 Weeks per year
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday

They are seeking a passionate and driven Nutritionist ready to make a tangible impact on school food, sustainability, and student well-being. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted regional position where you will do everything from managing intricate medical allergen risks to conducting carbon footprint tracking and delivering inspiring student workshops. Key Responsibilities

  • Menu & Safety Management: Support the development of school menus tailored for allergies, intolerances, and complex medical conditions. You will conduct rigorous allergen-related risk assessments across the region.

  • Data & Sustainability Analysis: Provide detailed nutritional analysis and CO2 impact modeling of menus to drive eco-conscious, healthy, and informed decision-making.

  • Education & Engagement: Create and deliver targeted nutrition workshops, educational materials, and social media content to boost the company’s nutrition profile in schools.

  • Insights & Communication: Produce detailed, accurate nutrition reports, research case studies, and blogs to clearly communicate real-world healthy eating impacts to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Advise procurement, food buying, and business support teams on ingredient/product switches, and seamlessly handle complex client or parent queries regarding nutrition.

The Ideal Profile

  • Education: A degree in Nutrition from an AfN-accredited (Association for Nutrition) university is essential.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy skills with sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, along with an openness to learning specialized nutritional software.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present to children, engage professionally with school stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Organisation: Highly organised and efficient, with the independence to manage a busy regional travel diary. You must be professional, presentable, and deeply committed to a long-term career in nutrition.
