This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and passionate team, crafting high-quality bakery products for clients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

The Role:

• Working night shifts to produce a variety of bread, baps, rolls, and artisan bakery items.
• Maintaining high quality and consistency across all baked goods.
• Ensuring all bakery operations align with HACCP protocols and food safety standards.
• Supporting the smooth operation of the bakery and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional bakery setting.
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques, production processes, and food safety regulations.
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and meet production deadlines.
