Job Title: Meetings & Events Supervisor
Establishment: Hotel Resort
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £27,000 P/A

Hours: Full-time, including evenings & weekends

My client are seeking an exceptional Meetings & Events Supervisor to join the team in our independent, family-owned hotel resort.

The Role:
As the Meetings & Events Supervisor, you will oversee the operation of various functions and events, including corporate events, weddings, and private functions. You will need to have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and a drive and enthusiasm to lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards.
  • Meet and greet organisers on arrival and provide support throughout their event.
  • Supervise events, including meetings, private parties, banquets, and weddings.
  • Attend weekly operations meetings to ensure every detail is actioned for each event.
  • Carry out Hotel Duty Management when required.
  • Close shifts and cash up the tills.
  • Assist the Events Manager with team training and development.
  • Assist with team rotas.
