About the School
Set in beautiful natural surroundings, the school provides a calm, therapeutic environment for pupils with Autism and SEMH needs. Offering both independently and local authority funded places, it is growing towards a full cohort of 75 students across KS2–KS4.
Students typically experience high anxiety rather than behavioural needs, and the small, nurturing setting enables strong relationships, trust and a genuine sense of belonging. The school is committed to helping students grow academically, socially and emotionally so they can succeed in school, college and future careers.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging, accessible lessons that build confidence and reignite a love of learning. You will create a supportive, structured classroom where every student feels respected, safe and capable of success.

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience
Passion for Maths and supporting learners with Autism and SEMH needs
Strong, empathetic classroom practice with high expectations
A reflective, collaborative and student centred approach
