Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Establishment: Luxury Hospitality Venue
Location: Near Southrop, Gloucestershire
Salary: £29,500 OTE per annum (based on a 40-hour week)
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for dedicated Kitchen Porters to join a passionate and professional kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two exceptional dining venues – a refined restaurant and an award-winning village pub – both set within a stunning rural estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
• Support chefs during service by cleaning and returning essential cooking equipment
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient turnaround of washing up
• Manage waste and recycling, including upkeep of the main bin area
• Clean down kitchen surfaces and floors after service
• Keep outdoor areas tidy, swept, and guest-ready
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required
