Set in 66 acres of glorious parkland, this four-star hotel is home to a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, luxury leisure facilities, and exceptional hospitality.

They are now seeking a Junior Sous Chef – Pastry to join their dedicated and passionate kitchen brigade.

About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef – Pastry, you’ll be working alongside a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, including in the award-winning restaurant, for afternoon teas, events, and room service. You’ll be supporting the management team, leading your section, and assisting the Sous Chef in ensuring high standards are maintained across all kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of high-quality food and service

• Supervise and motivate the pastry team to perform at their best

• Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs

• Support with planning and scheduling in line with business needs

• Contribute ideas to menu development and maintain high culinary standards

• Work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
