Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious countryside hotel in their search for a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join their award-winning kitchen team.

Set within 66 acres of picturesque parkland and known for its exceptional hospitality, the hotel is home to a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, luxurious leisure facilities, and stunning banqueting spaces.

About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen management team, taking responsibility for your section and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple offerings – including fine dining, afternoon tea, room service and events – while gaining further development under the guidance of an experienced and supportive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and high-quality service while upholding the standards set by the Head Chef

• Lead your section with confidence and ensure junior team members are performing to the best of their ability

• Assist the Sous Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen across all service periods

• Support planning and rotas in line with business needs and events

• Maintain a calm, professional manner under pressure
