  • HR Compliance Lead: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Right to Work (RTW) and DBS compliance, leading regular audits and managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Service Performance & Reporting: Own case-management tracking and report against SLAs/OLAs, using data and feedback to continuously refine service delivery.
  • Knowledge & Learning: Lead the creation of practical HR toolkits, guidance, and training for managers, as well as maintaining user-friendly knowledge content for digital and self-service HR tools.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Demonstrable experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Advisors or a first-line HR/ER service.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and practical ER case management.
  • Hands-on expertise in RTW and DBS compliance, audit processes, and risk governance.
  • Experience managing HR case-tracking tools, SLA/OLA reporting, and service metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial awareness.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher (or equivalent experience).
