The Role As the HR Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the employee lifecycle. You won't just be "checking boxes"—you will be managing critical workflows, providing expert guidance to managers, and ensuring the business remains audit-ready and legally compliant at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Lead: Act as the internal expert on Right to Work (RTW) legislation and safeguarding, providing clear guidance to the wider business.
Onboarding Excellence: Meticulously manage the end-to-end compliance process for new hires, including DBS processing and RTW renewals.
System Management: Take ownership of HRIS data integrity and compliance platforms, ensuring all records are impeccable and GDPR-compliant.
Audit & Risk: Maintain "audit-ready" tracking tools and proactively escalate any legal or business risks to the Senior HR team.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive projects that improve compliance workflows and efficiency.
Data Reporting: Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze compliance data and extract actionable insights for the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring:
HR Foundation: You are likely CIPD Level 3 qualified (with an ambition for Level 5) or have equivalent experience as a seasoned HR Administrator/Advisor.
