One of the top 100 fastest growing independent companies in the UK and they now have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
This is a highly visible role that will suit an HR/ER professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and someone who will be able to add real value to the HR team.
As Regional HR Advisor, covering the North, you will report to the HR Business Partner. You will provide guidance on HR issues and are responsible for working with managers within their regions, providing generalist HR support across their sites. The advice will cover the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, quick, efficient, and quality support for the business. As part of your role, you will also work with the HRBP, CPO, HR Project Manager, supporting projects and reporting needs as required.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting all operational HR aspects of the employment life cycle across the region.
First point of contact for all general HR issues relating to Company policy and procedure which cannot be resolved by the HR Service Centre.
Build great relationships with key stakeholders, managers and employees, proactively managing all aspects of the life cycle
Provide operational HR support to all projects within the designated region
Provide HR advice and guidance on industrial relations matters including trade union involvement, redundancy and TUPE
Support project activities where required and as advised.
Keep up to date with external trends, best practice, and developments in HR to support your own personal development and to embed learning into practice.
You will need:
CIPD qualified L3 with the desire to move to L5 and / demonstrable relevant experience at HR Advisor level.
Coaching, counselling, and performance management skills.
Effective relationship builder, ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Experienced in employee relations
Clear communicator with excellent organisation skills and the ability to effectively prioritise. Experience in reporting and analysing data within excel and Google sheets.
HR Generalist with solid knowledge of theory and best practice of HR policies, processes, and practices with the ability to quickly identify ER issues.
