Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Worcester
Salary: £27,000/year
We’re looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive HR Administrator to join our Client's HR Service Centre team.
The HR administrator will play a vital role in managing and supporting the daily operations of the HR department including a variety of administrative tasks related to employee records, onboarding, benefits, administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Being the friendly face of HR for employees and managers — handling calls, inboxes, and general queries
Managing the HR admin side of employee life: from contracts to right to work checks, DBS, references, and more
Keeping the systems up to date and the processes smooth
Supporting the wider HR team and assisting with exciting people projects
Helping to develop and maintain HR procedures
Providing accurate HR data and insights to key stakeholders
Building great relationships across the business (because people are your thing!)
Requirements:
HR admin experience within a fast-paced or shared services environment is desirable.
Experience in, and passion for, providing amazing customer service
Excellent organisation and communication skills
The ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with ease
A confidential and professional approach
A flexible, can-do attitude (positivity goes a long way here!)
