Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver immaculate cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
• Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and support housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Stock & Budget Management: Manage linen and cleaning supplies, monitor inventory levels, and control departmental budgets.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly organised and proactive professional with proven experience in housekeeping management.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Solid understanding of health and safety procedures and standards.
