Our client is seeking a Night Porter to join the team in our clients independent, family owned hotel…

…The role will be to watch over the property at night and ensure that the scene has been set for the following day. As Night Porter you will need to have a hands-on approach to work, be flexible and well organised, and have good attention to detail along with exceptional customer service skills…

That’s where you come in…

· Reception duties-including check in and check out of guests, using Rezlynx PMS

· Cash Handling

· Bar service

· Setting up/clearing down of conference rooms

· Covering 24 hrs room-service (limited)

· Ensure the security of the hotel and guests during the night

· Fire warden responsibilities

· First aider (Training provided)

The nitty-gritty...

· HOURS: 4 days (10 hour shifts) out of 7 on a rota basis (20:00-06:00, 22:00-08:00)

· SALARY: £26,500.00 PA

· HOURS: Full time, including weekends.
