About the Role:
As the Hospitality Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all food and beverage services throughout the resort. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on management to ensure unparalleled service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the operation of all hospitality food and beverage services.
  • Championing service excellence across the entire team, recently recognised with a prestigious spot in the Trencherman’s Guide.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach.
  • Providing regular training to maintain consistent standards.
  • Leading and scheduling a dedicated team.
  • Recruiting, managing, and training the hospitality management/supervisor team.
  • Overseeing cellar management and managing costs, expenses, wastage, breakages, and stock control.

  • Proven experience in managing people within luxury hospitality.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Strong managerial skills, including team leadership and scheduling.
