Our client is seeking an exceptional Head Receptionist to join the team in an independent, family-owned hotel resort.
The role… Our client are seeking an exceptional, experienced Head Receptionist to join the team in their independent, family-owned hotel, reporting to the Hotel Manager. The role involves leading and motivating the reception team. As Head Receptionist, you and your team will be the first and last impression for the guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service while offering the best guest experience. You must have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and great people skills. The hotel resort is in beautiful location, fabulous facilities, and stunning décor are complemented by our clients dedicated team, and that's where you come in.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team of Receptionists.
Oversee team training and development.
Schedule the department according to the business needs.
Handle all cash, key, and security protocols.
Operate and manage all front office systems and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of Rezlynx PMS would be an advantage but is not essential.
Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Perform Hotel Duty Management when required.
Adhere to Health, Safety, Hygiene, C.O.S.H.H, Fire/First Aid Regulations, and legal requirements.
