Head of Food & Beverage – Luxury Hotel & Spa | Egham/Windsor Area

Full-Time | £45,000 – £55,000 per year (DOE)


The Opportunity

Our client is a prestigious, high-volume Hotel and Spa located in a prime riverside setting. Renowned for its extensive facilities and exceptional service, the venue is currently seeking an experienced Head of Food & Beverage. This individual will take full operational and strategic ownership of a diverse F&B department, including multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Departmental Leadership: Direct the entire F&B operation, ensuring peak efficiency and premium service across all casual and fine-dining outlets.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the department’s P&L, including budgeting, labour cost control, and revenue-driving strategies.

  • Guest Journey: Act as the lead for service excellence, ensuring a seamless and high-standard experience for every guest.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large multi-disciplinary team, focusing on high-level training and staff retention.

  • Innovation: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to evolve menus and beverage concepts in line with modern luxury trends.

  • Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to all licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Safety regulations.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Proven Experience: Extensive background as a Head of F&B or F&B Manager in a large-scale luxury hotel or multi-outlet resort.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with a track record of managing complex budgets and driving profitability.

  • Operational Presence: A "floor-focused" leader capable of managing large teams within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to service standards, presentation, and the finer details of hospitality.

  • Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and key stakeholders.
