About the Role

Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to join a prestigious luxury hotel near Hereford. This is a dynamic leadership role, overseeing a range of dining experiences across multiple restaurants, bars, and lounges. You’ll manage and inspire a talented team of up to 100 staff, working closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This luxurious, Grade-listed property spans 20 acres of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, offering 150+ elegantly appointed bedrooms, a theatre, spa, two celebrated restaurants, and a coffee shop. The role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Department Leadership: Bring your experience in hospitality management to oversee daily operations across diverse F&B outlets.
P&L Management: Drive financial performance with a focus on maintaining budgets and achieving profitability targets.
Team Development: Create a growth-oriented culture by supporting, coaching, and empowering your team.
Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to convey expectations and feedback effectively, ensuring alignment across teams.
