Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Luxury Hotel 
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum + Service Charge
Hours: Full-time | 40–45 hours per week | 5 days over 7

The Opportunity:
They are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and elevate the culinary offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual to make their mark in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that reflect their brand and delight the guests
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and food cost management
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, special events, and promotions
• Stay current with culinary trends and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience
