Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the brigade

• Manage and mentor the kitchen team, including training and development

• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation

• Take the lead on seasonal menu development and daily specials

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations

• Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen budgets efficiently

About You:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

• Passionate about food, innovation, and delivering memorable dishes

• A natural leader with excellent communication skills

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices

• Calm under pressure with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
