This landmark venue blends tradition with a modern, high-volume kitchen operation. Renowned for seasonal British farmhouse cooking and bespoke events, the venue is seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead the brigade and work in close partnership with the Executive Chef.
Proven Experience: A strong background as a Head Chef (or Senior Sous ready to step up) in a high-volume, quality-led environment.
Culinary Flair: A genuine passion for British cuisine and the ability to bring a creative, seasonal twist to classic dishes.
Management Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively during peak riverside service.
