We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, thrives on innovation, and has a keen eye for presentation. You’ll be instrumental in shaping seasonal menus, mentoring a dedicated kitchen team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of two busy kitchens
• Design and develop innovative, trend-led menus
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
• Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
• Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and inspiring kitchen environment

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary knowledge and creative flair
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
