About the Role
A busy, vibrant restaurant in Worcester is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead its kitchen team. You’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, staff management, and menu development, ensuring high standards of food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Manage menu development, food prep, and inventory
- Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with front of house for smooth service
- Monitor costs and minimise waste
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing a fast-paced kitchen (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Financially aware and results-driven
- Able to commute or relocate to Worcester
