Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 P/A
Hours: 45 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is an incredible opportunity to join a passionate and skilled team, producing a wide variety of bread, baps, rolls, sticks, and more! This is a hands-on role that involves maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all bakery products.

The Role:

• Leading by example as part of a dynamic, small team
• Producing a range of bakery goods while upholding rigorous quality standards.
• Working within a company renowned for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products, serving clients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate and experienced baker (minimum of 1 year in a similar role).
• Solid knowledge of bakery production, techniques, and HACCP protocols.
• A proactive team player with attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
