Running the day-to-day operations of a lively, fast-paced restaurant.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team across front and back-of-house.
Creating a positive, people-first culture that delivers amazing guest experiences.
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure top-quality food and smooth kitchen operations.
Managing budgets, labour costs, and stock levels to drive profitability.
Owning service standards, compliance, and health & safety – everything from hygiene to licensing.
Driving local marketing and community engagement to keep the restaurant buzzing.
Problem-solving on the fly and keeping things calm, even when it’s hectic.
Previous experience as a General Manager (or Assistant GM ready to step up) in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
A passion for brilliant service, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations – from rotas and revenue to compliance and culture.
Commercially savvy, with the ability to hit KPIs and boost performance.
A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
