Fronf of House Supervisor - Hungerford

• Oversee bar, restaurant, and hotel operations, including shift organisation, rota preparation, and staff management.
• Check in and check out hotel guests, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Implement efficient opening and closing procedures and secure the premises.
• Manage cellar stock, inventory, and rotation.
• Conduct staff inductions and provide ongoing training.
• Assist the General Manager with rotas, holidays, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menus, events, and large bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and fire procedures.
• Oversee hotel reservations, invoicing, and housekeeping.
• Support the coffee shop team with stock and staffing.
• Report and manage maintenance issues promptly.
• Work with the General Manager and marketing team to attract and retain clients.

• Experience in a supervisory role within a pub or hotel.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in computer use with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Honest and dependable.
