Location: Burleigh Court, Gloucestershire
Salary: £24,000 - £27000 P/A + Service Charge (approx. £3,500 per year)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (Including Evenings & Weekends)

With a reputation for delivering an exceptional dining experience, the establishment is expanding and seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take a leading role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service at an innovative and dynamic venue.

The Opportunity:
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations during breakfast, lunch, bar, and dinner services. You will manage and motivate the team, ensuring that exceptional standards of service are consistently delivered to guests. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the development of an exciting new outdoor fireside restaurant, set to open this summer, where you will have the opportunity to help establish and shape the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise breakfast, lunch, bar, and dinner services, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example, managing the team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Offer guests informed advice on the food and drinks menus, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Handle guest queries and concerns quickly and discreetly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
• Support other departments as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality service for both the main restaurant and the upcoming outdoor dining venue.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A couple of years of experience in Food & Beverage service with management experience in a similar role.
• A keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service.
• Positive attitude, proactive nature, and willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable.
