Salary: £35,000-£40,000 P/A DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a positive working environment that encourages development and collaboration.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage departments, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to guest preferences.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage sector, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
