The role:
As a Finance Assistant, you will support the team to meet targets by processing cashless data, effectively, accurately and in a timely manner.

- 37.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly reconciliation of cashless balance sheet control accounts.
- Acquire, collate, track and manage the receipt of monthly till liability reports.
- Maintenance of multiple internal systems to ensure ongoing data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensuring transactional accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
- External invoice creation including collation of supporting evidence.
- Preparation of backing data for client invoices received and in advance of onward approval.
- Preparing journals.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication to our internal and external customers.
- Dealing e-mail queries and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Proving support to financial accounting team.
- Any other adhoc work as deemed appropriate by your line manager.
