F&B Supervisor - Ascot

Job title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Annual Staff Fund

Contract: Full-Time, Average 40 Hours per week

The Opportunity

Our client is an internationally renowned, "Investors in People Platinum" accredited sporting venue, ranked among the most prestigious in the world. Following the successful hosting of major global championships in 2024 and 2025, they are looking for a professional Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their world-class hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Leadership: Supervise F&B areas to world-class standards, ensuring the clubhouse is perfectly presented and ready for service.

• Member Relations: Act as an ambassador for the venue, building professional rapport with members and guests to ensure they feel "at home."

• Team Development: Lead and assist in staff training to maintain high-quality dining and hospitality standards across all facilities.

• Operational Oversight: Responsible for the efficient opening and closing of shifts and the clubhouse, ensuring all club etiquettes and bylaws are upheld.

• Atmosphere: Foster a positive, harmonious team spirit while professionally communicating with members, guests, and colleagues.

• Experience: Proven supervisory experience within a high-standard hospitality environment (Hotel, Private Members Club, or Premium Restaurant).
