Rapid growth means they are now seeking a creative and strategic Executive Chef Manager to join their team.
The Role & Responsibilities
Leading culinary standards within a school site, you will be instrumental in rolling out innovative, operationally sound, and profitable new menus. Acting as the ultimate expert resource for the kitchen team, key duties include:
Menu Rollout & Innovation: Oversee the development and launch of cutting-edge food offers, keeping menus engaging, profitable, and aligned with high-street trends.
Mentoring & Coaching: Train and support Chefs and Unit Managers on culinary standards, compliance, and food safety policies.
Service Excellence: Ensure food presentation and service are immaculate, acting as the final point of escalation for customer feedback.
Business Growth: Leverage exceptional food standards to drive sales growth and support business retention.
Compliance Management: Maintain strict adherence to all H&S, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
About You
We are seeking a senior culinary or development professional with:
Exceptional culinary creativity and flair, backed by strong knowledge of current food trends.
Solid commercial acumen, with a strong grasp of budgets, GP, and cost control that you can effectively pass on to your team.
Outstanding communication skills to drive company initiatives across diverse teams.
Extensive experience in a compliance-led environment, plus a full UK Driving Licence.
