Their commitment to exceptional care and service has driven rapid business growth, and they are now seeking an Executive Chef Manager to join their team.
The Role
As the Executive Chef Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative company menus and food offers across schools in your area. This role involves driving culinary standards, coaching and developing Chefs, and ensuring that the food offer is profitable, engaging, and on-trend. You will play a key role in ensuring operational, financial, and consumer-focused success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing creative, on-trend food offers and marketing initiatives to drive sales and encourage client retention.
- Coaching and mentoring Chefs within your area to maintain company standards in compliance, health, safety, and quality.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service across all locations.
- Addressing and resolving customer or operational issues efficiently.
- Driving compliance with company and client policies, site rules, and statutory regulations related to health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, and COSHH.
About You
We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking individual who thrives in a senior culinary role. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in a development or senior culinary position with a proven ability to produce innovative and engaging food.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management, with the ability to coach others in these areas.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels.
- Experience working in a compliance-led environment and a thorough understanding of the importance of following policies and procedures.
